NOTE: Please expect longer than normal shipping lead times during the busy holidays.

All in-stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

**Please note that most items are made to order and do take additional time to create your special item, please be patient 🥰

For all custom orders, please allow 10 business days to process and be ready to ship. 

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you with a shipment date, and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order.

We can verify if the item or items are available for overnight or Saturday delivery, as well as quote shipping charges that apply to the order.
